What are the toppers made of?

Acrylic toppers are made of a plastic material which is precision-cut for smooth finish. Silver and Gold Mirror toppers have a reflective finish on the front. The back is grey.

Brushed Metal toppers are made of metal which has a dull-brushed finish on the front and back.

What sizes are available?

We offer the following letter heights: 2.5, 3, 4, 5, and 6 inch heights.

How wide are the letters?

Each letter and font differs in width. For exact measurements, contact customer service.

How thick are the letters?

Our black, brown, and silver mirror letters are ¼ thick. The gold mirror is 1/8 thick. Brush Metal toppers are available in 1/8, ¼, and 3/8 inch thicknesses.

Are the toppers heavy?

Our cake toppers have been tested and are not too heavy for any cake size.

How does the topper stand up on the cake?

Each topper has stakes attached that insert directly into your cake. Acrylic toppers do not have removable stakes, while our brush metal toppers have removable stakes.

What finishes are available?

Our toppers are available in Black, Brown, Silver Mirror and Gold Mirror and Brush Metal. The Silver Mirror and Gold Mirror toppers have grey backs. All other toppers have the same finish on the front and back.

Do you use Swarovski Crystals on the toppers?

Absolutely. We use Crystallized Swarovski Elements only, which gives the most dazzling effect.

Can I use a custom font?

We showcase our most popular fonts on our website. You can add a custom font/s during checkout. There is no additional charge.

Can I select any letter for my cake topper?

You can select any letter, number or ampersand (&) for your cake topper.

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY-Can I return the topper if I don’t want it?

Due to the custom nature of our toppers, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. If there is an error with your order, notify us within 48 hours so we can correct the issue. Once your order is placed, we begin production on your cake topper. We are unable to cancel orders once placed.

My topper arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours if your cake topper arrives damaged. We will ship a replacement immediately. Please note: we are unable to change the font, letter or size of the replacement topper.
